A few useful answers.

What to expect from Wayharbour.

Who is Wayharbour being built for?

NVOCC operators, international freight forwarders, and businesses running both. The planned platform connects commercial, operations, documentation and finance teams in one workspace.

Can we choose only the modules we need?

Yes. The planned subscription options are NVOCC, Freight Forwarding, or a combined workspace. Teams will only see and access the products enabled for their organisation.

How will the charge schedule work?

Reusable charge schedules will be selected by line, port, terminal, equipment and validity. Authorised users can adjust a quotation, remove a charge or add an extra charge while preserving the original schedule and change history.

Will AI be able to act without permission?

The planned assistant will use the signed-in user's permissions, branch access and enabled modules. It will prepare drafts, surface missing information and request review for actions that need approval.

Will Wayharbour support branches in different countries?

Multiple branches and legal entities are part of the design. Tax registrations, currencies and document requirements will follow the relevant jurisdiction, rather than making India-specific fields mandatory everywhere.

Can we use Wayharbour today?
