Wayharbour
A clearer workspace for NVOCC operations.
Bring commercial terms, container operations, shipping documents and settlements into the same job context.

In development. The capabilities below describe the planned product. Final availability will be confirmed at launch.
Commercial work that carries through
Enquiries, quotations and negotiations establish the agreed basis of a shipment. Planned charge schedules apply charges by line, port, terminal, equipment and validity, with authorised job-level overrides.
- Quotation revisions and negotiation requests
- Reusable charge schedules and approved terms
- Booking handover with commercial context
Follow the container and the document
The operational design covers export and import workflows, consolidations, vessel schedules, slot arrangements and container movements. Document checks connect to the job and release process.
- Bookings, master jobs and slot arrangements
- Container allocation, movements and depot activity
- Shipping instructions, draft and issued bills of lading
- Manifests, arrival notices and controlled release
Know what belongs in the settlement
Customer billing, supplier costs and principal or agent statements are separate financial responsibilities. Charges need explicit settlement treatment so a customer waiver does not silently change a principal expense.
- Invoices, adjustments, receipts and balances
- Agent statement preparation and reconciliation
- Job-level revenue, cost and profitability
